Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Personalised items may take up to 14 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

For guaranteed next-day delivery (UK only), please place your order before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. Please note, this does not apply to personalised items.

Yes! We ship worldwide with tracked international shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery if your item is unused, in its original packaging and meets return conditions. Please note, personalised and hygiene-sensitive items (such as dummies and teething products) can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

To return an item, contact us at info@newlybornuk.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
