What is your processing time frame?

At Newly Born UK, we aim to swiftly process and dispatch your orders. Typically, we ship out all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of your purchase. Personalised Orders can take up to 14 working days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email notifying you of the dispatch.

What is the latest I can order for next day delivery?

Next day delivery orders placed before 1pm will be guaranteed next day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be posted the following working day. Not including personalised items.

Domestic shipping options-United Kingdom

For deliveries within the UK– we rely on Royal Mail services. Here are our shipping options:

– Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked Service: Starting from £3.29, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

-Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: starting from £6.85

– Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders of £99 and above within the UK.

International & Europe shipping options

For orders outside the UK, please note that any applicable duties or taxes upon the order’s arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer. Prior to making a purchase, we recommend checking with local authorities regarding potential charges.

What Happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that Royal mail requires a minimum of 10 working days from estimated delivery date to be consider lost. international mail requires a minimum timeframe of 25 business days from estimated delivery date to be consider lost. Here’s how we handle refunds or replacements for lost packages:

– UK: Refunds or replacements will be processed following 10 working days after the due delivery date.

– Europe: Refunds or replacements will be processed following 20 working days after the due delivery date.

– Other Countries: Refunds or replacements will be processed following 25 working days after the due delivery date.
