What Gift Should I Give For A Baby Shower?

Remember, baby showers are one of those amazing milestones, it's a chance to celebrate new life, shower love and of course beautiful gifts.

Me and Sasha have 2 beautiful daughters together, we received hundreds of gifts from our friends and families during pregnancy, baby showers and after birth. But some of the things we got was just useless. Honestly, even though we said 'Thank you guys, it was an amazing gift', it just didn't get used at all in any way possible, so after a few months, guess where it all went? To our local charity shop!

On the other hand, one of our gifts we received (still kept till this day) was this beautiful personalised bunny with 'Nylah' embroidered. It was just unreal. Me and Sasha opened the gift, looked at each other and said 'Awww, I love this'. 

That's when it hit me. Out of all them gifts we received, only one was personalised, and that was the one that gave us a feeling I'll never forget. I knew I had to source something special and give the same feeling we felt to the receiver.

That's how we felt! Dummy clips are definitely a necessity if you ask us. When we had our first born, Nylah, we thought we could bring her up with no dummy/pacifier (we were against dummies) but guess what happened after the first week of crying, screaming and sleepless nights? We gave in! I went to our local 24 hour supermarket around 3am in the morning and bought a dummy, got back, sterilised the dummy and gave it to her. Instantly she settled and slept through the night. This is when we knew, dummies do work and are a necessity.

What we then realised was that these dummies kept getting lost. Don't ask me how! Either she drops it when we are out shopping, or when she's running about in the park. Somehow we managed to lose around 6 dummies in the space of few months.
